Ashley Lemon has been with First Federal Savings Bank since 2017 and in the banking field since 2013.  She has quickly advanced through the finance industry as a Teller, Personal Banker, Assistant Manager, and, most recently, as an Assistant Vice President Banking Center Manager.

Ashley has earned her “Consultative Selling Skills” certification.  She also attended Ivy Tech College for two years to study Childhood Education. She applies her skills to her volunteer work with the PTA, her church's preschool ministries, and the Franklin Street Bazaar.
